With seven years experience in the real estate industry, Matt Lathrop started Focus Realty in June 2008. His goals are to utilize his experience and expertise to create a full service real estate company that provides high quality service while FOCUSING on client goals. Zenita Lathrop has used her strong business background in the areas of marketing, transaction management and client service as Matt’s assistant for the past three years. Her past business experience consists of twenty years as a Certified Public Accountant. As a Real Estate Broker, Zenita enjoys helping clients achieve their goals in buying and selling real estate.

Focus Realty is fortunate to have Nolan Lathrop of Thunder Web Solutions as an Information Technology Assistant. Nolan provides the Focus Realty office with cutting edge technology in addition to designing and optimizing Focus Realty’s website.

On a Personal Note

In 1990, Matt and Zenita started their adventures in Bend after spending three years in Seattle where Matt started his real estate career and Zenita was an accountant. During the ensuing years, they have started three successful businesses and focused on raising their three kids. They enjoy all that Central Oregon has to offer. It's a great place to live!
