Brief Resume

Matt Lathrop – Matt’s real estate resume includes a decade as a full time residential real estate broker including six years selling real estate in Bend Oregon and the greater Central Oregon area. Matt started Focus Realty with his wife Zenita Lathrop in 2008. Matt is known as a problem solver and successful negotiator. Much of Matt’s success is due to his extensive knowledge of construction, remodeling and land use laws, in addition to his genuine desire to help his clients succeed. With over twenty years experience in the construction industry, project management and sales fields, Matt brings a wide variety of valuable skills to his work as your real estate broker.

Zenita Lathrop – Zenita started as a full time real estate broker and marketing manager of Focus Realty in 2008 after a twenty-year career as a CPA. Zenita brings an analytic approach her work and loves to help clients find the right home. In addition, she enjoys using her business background to market properties and navigate through the technology side of the business providing Focus Realty clients with cutting edge marketing and the latest tools to help them succeed whether they are buying or selling real estate in Bend Oregon and the surrounding areas.

Nolan Lathrop – Nolan is the “techie” that helps keep all the electronics working and Focus Realty current in the fast changing world of real estate technology. Starting with the development of our first website to our current numerous websites and everything in between he has been a great source in helping provide Focus’ clients with the best resources available.

On a Personal Note

Having lived in Bend Oregon since 1989, Matt and Zenita chose Bend as the place they wanted to live and raise a family. Over the years, they have had the opportunity to live in numerous areas including Bend’s west side to the east side, which has included living on smaller city lots to acreages. Having been involved in building homes and purchasing and selling existing homes they know how important a hard working Central Oregon real estate broker is to your success.
